About Us

Why The Chamber Exists

Established as a founding initiative of the Global Women of Choice ecosystem, this Policy and Governance Chamber exists to document, preserve, and elevate the contributions of women whose decisions shape institutions, industries, economies, and communities.

It is a governance-oriented platform designed to create a permanent record of female leadership influence while fostering meaningful engagement among women operating at the highest levels of responsibility and impact.

Why We Exist

Women lead nations, organizations, enterprises, and movements. Yet much of their contribution remains under-documented within institutional records. This Chamber was created to address this gap.

Inaugural Council

As the founding governing body of the Chamber, Inaugural Council Members sit at the board level and help establish the institution's culture, standards, and long-term legacy while contributing to the development of the Women's Institution Impact Index and other associated leadership initiatives.

Council Fellows

Council Fellows are appointed in subsequent years in recognition of distinguished leadership, subject-matter expertise, and contribution to the Chamber's mission.
